About Us

I didn’t plan to start another business—I owned a boutique copywriting company based in Columbus—but I was searching for a cleaning service as my husband and I prepped for our first baby, and I couldn’t find a non-toxic housekeeper that felt right.

I’m picky (to a fault) and skeptical of cleaning chemicals, dirty vacuums, and soggy mops. When cleaning my own home, I use products that are made from simple, safe ingredients: white vinegar, baking soda, and of course, Branch Basics. Thoroughly cleaning is something I really understand…and truthfully enjoy, too.

We created Well Kept to provide thoughtful, elevated cleaning and organization services to conscious, busy families. It’s exciting to hear from so many of you who share our values! I believe we all deserve to live in a home that is truly Well Kept.

Beyond my dedication to her work, I also am a proud animal mom of two dogs, Cid and Yuki, and a cat, Charlie. In my spare time, me and my partner love to paint, travel, and go hiking. I am excited to join you in the pursuit of a cleaner, more organized world today!

METICULOUS CLEANING

with the absolute best tools + solutions

Safe for you, your family, and the environment.

NON TOXIC CLEANING SOLUTIONS

Our day-to-day concentrates are made in-house using simple ingredients: vinegar, filtered water, castile soap, and baking soda.

For heavy duty jobs (shower mold + mildew, discolored sinks + tile grout or other heavily soiled areas), we pull from the pros at Branch Basics — their cleaning concentrate is simply the best. Plus, it’s Made Safe Certified, which is the most comprehensive safety standard available!

SUSTAINABILITY

Reducing waste and remaining thoughtful of consumption is a cornerstone at Well Kept Dwelling Co. We prioritize sustainability when purchasing supplies — and we only choose disposable products when absolutely necessary.

because housekeepers deserve to be paid fairly

WE PAY FAIR WAGES

Most housekeepers are not paid well (not a huge shock though, right?). But when the market is used to paying a low price for services, businesses are forced to cut costs (which means wages, health insurance and other essential benefits) in order to meet market expectations.

From our point of view, these meager hourly wages are simply not enough given the care and hard work that is done each and every workday.

We’re not interested in conforming to that kind of mindset. Our pricing ensures that all full time employees are paid fair, competitive wages, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
