Well Kept Cancellation Policy
With great care and consideration, we have developed a cancellation policy for Well Kept that prioritizes the well-being of our team members while also accommodating circumstances that may prompt cancellations for our clients.
Below is an outline of the Well Kept Cancellation Policy:
Appointment Reservations + Agreement to Terms
By selecting recurring appointments, you are agreeing to hold to this cadence and acknowledge that we are reserving these slots for your family. By holding a space for you in our calendar, we have closed these time slots from other inquiring clients.
Cancellation Fee + Complimentary Add On
We have a cancellation fee of $40 for any appointment that is cancelled. (This may be waived if we are able to reschedule your appointment within 1 week either before or after your originally scheduled service, but this is subject to our availability)
Our team members are paid hourly, and this fee covers a portion of the wages lost by our cleaning team due to the cancellation.
We understand that cancellations sometimes happen! To offset the cancellation fee, we offer your choice of a complimentary add-on to your next cleaning appointment. Choose from:
Interior Refrigerator Wipe Down
Dishwasher Interior Cleaning
Coffee Pot Descale with White Vinegar, or
Bathroom Baseboards Mopped
Vacation Waiver
In the case of previously planned vacations when a cleaning is not needed (for biweekly clients), we can waive the cancellation charge altogether if we are informed of any skipped appointments at least 1 month in advance.
For pre-planned vacations, we will waive 1 cancelled appointment per year for biweekly clients. For monthly clients, we would reschedule your cleaning within 1 week either before or after your originally scheduled service, however we would require a 1 month notice in order to do so.
Exemptions
We do not charge cancellation fees for unexpected illness or emergencies. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
We simply ask that you are respectful of cancellations as this results in lost income for our hourly team members. If you are able to pay the cancellation fee of $40 for these instances, our team greatly appreciates this, however you are not required to do so in instances of illness / emergencies.
